Anthony came by to do our device checkup. He was thorough, professional and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a capable technician. This is what I have come to expect from Belair. We have been customers of theirs for over 30 years. I trust them and the people they send to my house. I pay a fair price for the work that needs to be done. I don’t have to worry about my AC or heat. It’s 90 degrees as I type this note. Life it too short to worry. I have had others many years ago come to service my units. I quickly realized that Belair does it better. Life is too short to worry about these things find something and someone who cares about your things as you do. Then stick with them. Just my two cents. Dear Neighbors Several years ago I purchased my AC, hot water heater and furnace from Belair Engineering…..I’ve had nothing but good, excellent care from them….All the servicemen have been thorough and knowledgeable…..I have them come twice a year to check everything out and change the filters….I really have been pleased and grateful that they know what they are doing ……Everyone is kind and pleasant……

Julius was great. The whole process of installing the water heater was accomplished in a very professional manner. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the set up of valves, expansion tank and basic yearly preventive maintenance required by me.

Anthony was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with service. He actually noticed that our humidifier was not on and no one ever caught that before.
