Quick service and always on time

Technician was very professional and pleasant. While it is not Belair's policy, I am still of the opinion that any generator service should include verification that the buss transfer function works properly (a well serviced generator is not much use if the buss transfer does not function).

The technician maintained and thoroughly checked out all aspects of both of our units, and provided documentation. Was prompt in the service window and got a heads-up call 20 minutes ahead of time. Had some thoughtful recommendations on some questions we had. Been with Belair Engineering for 16 years with this home and 10 years in our Bowie home and sticking with them because of the quality service and comprehensive maintenance contract.
